School of Nursing Academic Advising
Each undergraduate student in the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing at Saint Louis University is assigned a primary academic advisor who assists with course registration and academic skill development.

Natalie Floeh holds an M.A. in higher education from SLU and a B.A. in English and history from Loyola University Chicago. Floeh has previous experience in academic advising, new student orientation, undergraduate admission, leadership programming and campus recreation. She is dedicated to creating meaningful relationships with students while helping them successfully navigate their undergraduate experience.

Kristin Racoosin joined the nursing advising team in October 2022. Kristin holds a
                  B.S. in biology, M.S. in education, and a single-subject teaching credential from
                  California Baptist University in Riverside. Her previous teaching experience is in
                  7-8th grade life and physical science, K-8th grade children’s choir, and undergraduate
                  courses. Kristin uses her knowledge of student education to support students throughout
                  their academic journey.

Jerrod Turner has been in the academic advising field since October 2018. He holds
                  a B.S. in journalism, an M.S. in mass communications and media arts from Southern
                  Illinois University Carbondale, and an M.A. in student personnel administration from
                  SLU. In addition to being an academic advisor, he is co-chair of the Policies, Planning
                  and Procedures Committee and working toward a personal training certification through
                  the National Association for Sports Medicine. His favorite aspects of being an advisor
                  are being present for those 'ah-ha' moments and celebrating student success.
Making an Advising Appointment
Step 1: Log on to your mySLU account.
Step 2: Open the "Tools" tab.
Step 3: Click the "EAB Navigate" icon.
Step 4: Select the appropriate service.
Step 5: Follow the screens to select your appointment time.
