Mission Statement/Objectives:


Our Mission is to serve and assist refugees who have relocated to St. Louis, MO.

Oasis is helping refugees from war torn countries who have relocated to St. Louis. Many have lost family and friends as a result of war or disease. They come with fears, grief and broken hearts. We want to help these families get started in practical ways with furniture, clothes, and classes to help them with English and to learn skills to gain employment and most importantly to simply be their friend.

Service Opportunities:

  • Donation Sorting : Sorting through donated blankets, clothes, etc.
  • Childcare: Assist with watching children of immigrants while they attend classes.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on property, landscaping, etc.
  • Deliveries: Help deliver furniture to refugees on an as-needed basis
  • Donation Sorting: Mondays-Thursdays, anytime
  • Childcare: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30am-12:30pm
  • Maintenance: Thursdays, 1-4pm
  • Deliveries: As needed, Fridays and Saturdays 9:30am-1pm
