Teach health tips, eat healthy snacks, and engage in FUN, LIGHT exercises like parachute or playing with beach balls to encourage positive change. Curriculum and all supplies are provided. Substitutes also welcome if one cannot commit on an ongoing basis. Our typical volunteer commitment is one hour per week for 8 weeks. Visit to learn more about this OASIS program.
